Spice Multi-Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Karnataka

This is an over hyped restaurant which offers limited items on from the Menu, which will flatter to deceive you. The food may be good but the service is Deplorable, even one star would not suffice. They offer a lot of items / lies on the menu which are actually not available . We were over night guest staying at the Grand Krishna Hotel and the receptionist there told us that the restaurant is very good, offering variety of items but it’s a farce. The waiter upon placing our order told us that items are not available as this is a long weekend and we don’t have food available. We had to place order on the items which he said were there.You will pay the bill here and get to eat food according to the choices of the restaurant how convenient . This is. This one of worst restaurant service you can expect in Chikmanglur, please avoid unless you want to pay from your pocket and eat according to the wishes of the restaurant....

Taste is Ok, not not great. Definitely not worth the price. The ambience is really good and the service was professional. But the waiting time for the food to get prepared is long( depending on what you ordered, of course). My main issue is Hygiene. The Wash basins are dirty and I've received food with hair in it....TWICE. When I noticed hair the first time, I dropped the matter. But on my very next visit a couple of days later, there it was again, on the starter chips they usually provide with as a Complimentary. What's surprising is that I've personally seen many of the Chefs in the kitchen donning Chef hats, so I'm assuming it's from the Service. Not OK when you're paying...

One of the best restaurants I have been to. Whether you are a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian, the menu caters to everyone's tastes. Quality n taste is too good. We tried Chicken Ghee Roast, Chilly Chicken, Mushroom Ghee Roast, Chicken Dum Biryani and all were simply amazing.
