The worst service which I have ever seen. Just because it is near to the temple it will be crowded. The people once who go here will never ever try to go. Food is not so good. The reason I am giving negative reviews here is the behaviour of the coffee provider. I have asked the coffee provider to give the coffee in paper cup and the behaviour of him is like we are there to eat the free food. He said there is no paper cups available though it was there. I have asked him and showed him the paper cups are available and why are you saying no. His answer is like if you want drink it in steel cup or else go from here. I have insisted him not to treat the customer in that way as we have paid 800 for breakfast and even if you charge the cost for paper cup I ll give it. But don't say it is not available.. his behaviour is like a rude. People come all around by looking at the temple not your attitude, egoistic hotel. Treat them properly. If the management gets a chance to look into this review, educate your staffs to behave properly. You are not famous there. Just keep your attitude with you. Thrupthi Upahara Graha is one of the best option for the tourists who visit Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Temple. It is a pure vegetarian hotel very close to the temple. The food is tasty and it's price is very affordable. Self Service The food we tasted are : Masala Dosa is tasty but, it's Bhaji is little sticky (4 out of 5) -- ₹ 45 Onion Dosa, super tasty (5 out of 5) -- ₹ 35 Idli Sambar (4.5 out of 5) -- ₹ 25/2 big idli Vada Sambar, super crispy and super tasty (5 out of 5) -- ₹ 30/2 small vada Coffee (5 out of 5) -- ₹ 15 - 20/small glass Also, white chutney is given with all the above foods. Other foods like Idli Vada Sambar, Goli Baje, Upma and Sheera, Mangalore Buns, Tea, Milk etc are available here. There is hot water available...

Absolutely terrible experience. I walked into this place expecting basic courtesy and service, but they didn’t even bother to take my order. I waited and waited while the staff ignored me completely. No communication, no acknowledgment—nothing. They clearly didn’t care whether a customer was standing right in front of them.

I wasted my time for nothing and eventually had to walk out without even getting served. If you value your time and respect, I highly recommend avoiding this place. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and not worth a single rupee. I guess it was manager who is supposed to carry these things. Poor,...
