Pathethic place to visit...d attitude of the manager is even more pathethic...the waiters are so confused...they even confused our order with the other customers as we had ordered for a chicken breast dish and we saw it comin however it was served to another customer...and wen we told them that...they denied that we had ordered that dish...and we said we want the same dish...and we get an answer sayin... it's goin to take 25 mins to prepare the same dish and so we settled for another dish...as we had to leave soon as possible as we were on our way to Goa...and so we ordered a spaghetti chicken in white sauce...and d chicken was completely raw...and wen we complained about it...we get an answer as "After eating half of the dish you are complainin about it" and we had not even eaten the spaghetti from it...we just ate a few pieces of the chicken and that's how we knew it was raw...also we ordered a cold coffee...what a dismay...d coffee was not even cold at all...wen we asked to add ice to it...it became even more pathethic...and wen d bill arrived...we were charged an extra 50/- rupees...billed for extra shot of coffee...which we were not even told of and we were taken by surprise bcoz we just asked to add ice...also there was a rude,unpolite and mannerless person named " SHINTRE"... that's what was told to me wen I asked for his name...he was daaaaammmmn rude and not ready to even accept d mistake and kept of arguing...he was the person who said "After eating half of the dish you are complainin about it"...and wen I was complainin...he has d audacity to tell me to keep quiet...he was the MOST PATHETIC PERSON TO TALK TO OUT THERE AND HE REALLY REALLY NEEDS TO BE TAUGHT SOME GOOD MANNERS AND NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER AND HE NEEDS TO DEVELOP CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and not to forget HE NEEDS TO CHANGE HIS ATTITUDE AS HE JUST WALKED OFF WITH A HUFF WHEN WE WERE STILL SPEAKING TO HIM...we asked for the owner's number...we get an answer sayin "WE DON'T HAVE HIS NUMBER" how convenient...all in all a very very pathethic place to visit...this place does not even deserve a star at all...I have given d star as alms...given...

First of all, is there any chance I could give zero stars? Second of all, how to cheat ur customers should be learnt from wild sugar!! My dad is allergic to egg that means anything that contains egg he cannot eat and if he consumes those products then he gets throat irritation immediately. There have been three such instances so far where we told them specifically we want eggless cakes and we were delivered cake containing egg🤷🤷. My father felt throat irritation on all 3 instances; 1st time we faced this was in 2019 annotsav, if I'm not wrong it was a pastry 2nd time it was my father's birthday 2020 It was caramel cupcakes 3rd time it was today(26/05/22) there was a function at our place and we ordered a cake and as expected it contained egg again🤷🙁🙁 I can understand if it was just one time thing but now it has repeated thrice 🤷🤷🤷🤷 I mean how can u fool ur customers, we trust you for delivering good products and you cheat your own customers??. We pay a heavy amount and what we get in return?this??? That's not the way how u treat your customers. Very poor show😡😡 NEVER GONNA GO...
