New Frontier hotel — Restaurant in Delhi

I watched the youtube videos and decided to go to this place. I am very disappointed with the food. But first of all, shame to all those fake/paid youtubers (especially @Globalecentre) whose video convinced me to eat here.

I think the food is made from dalda/vanaspati and not pure ghee. Just keep the food in fridge for a day and you will see a thick layer of vanaspati getting deposited on top of food.

I ordered at 8 PM and food was packed and given to me in 5-6 min.

Coming to taste, it is below average. The 3 dishes we took and so called shameless youtubers called it to be best selling were -

1. Baigan Ka bharta - Very average and spicy- 1/5

2. Dal Makhni - There is no makhan or creaminess in it. It is just cooked too much so that the dal has thickened the gravy but this not dal makhni. This is super boiled daal and mashed and served you. - 1/5

3. Paneer Butter masala - Paneer was soft and the gravy was better of these 3 but nothing great. I will rate it 3/5

Extremely disappointed with the experience. The food was average at best, but the prices were shockingly high for what was served. Portions were small, presentation was lazy, and the taste didn’t come close to justifying the cost. I’ve had better meals at half the price elsewhere.
