"We visited this hotel last Saturday night, and it was a terrible experience. The hygiene was poor, and the service was the worst. There was a long delay in taking our order, and despite waiting for a table, the staff failed to arrange one for us. Instead, they allowed others who arrived later to take the table that was supposed to be reserved for us. The service was extremely slow, both in taking orders and serving food. The hotel was unhygienic and poorly managed. They are not capable of handling crowds, and the infrastructure was in very bad condition. Definitely not...

15/7/25 - My buddy recommended me this place for their shawarma but unfortunately it was like 4:30pm so I couldn't taste it. This food court is in center of Karur and quite small, you can't go with big friends group. I ordered their chicken briyani and chicken fried rice for take out, taste wise I would say it's okey and quantity is good for the price. Their service is super friendly...so over all okey taste with affordable price # briyani # fried rice # okey taste...

We just ordered shawarma (plate and roll). Haven't had such a worst shawarma. The food was very cold, seems the chicken is already sliced and kept it ready. Even after complaining the manager is justifying the food that it was cold because of getting it upstairs. No sense at all. Also the price paid for this is high as well. Worst experience and will Never visit this...
