I recently visited AIMIE Family Restaurant in Pala with my wife and cousin for a casual dinner. The experience overall was decent—not exceptional, but not disappointing either. What We Ordered: Porotta and Chicken Roast Porotta and Beef Curry Chicken Fried Rice Pineapple Juice Lime Soda Food Quality: The food was average in taste. The porottas were decent and larger in size, pairing well with both the chicken roast and beef curry. However, the curries lacked that extra punch of flavor you’d expect from a truly memorable meal in Kerala. The chicken fried rice was standard—nothing remarkable, but filling. The pineapple juice was refreshing, and the lime sodas were decent. Ambience & Cleanliness: The restaurant had a clean and simple ambience, suitable for families or groups looking for a no-fuss dining experience. The place looked tidy, and the seating arrangement was comfortable enough for a relaxed meal. Service: Service was prompt and polite. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Pricing: Considering the quantity and type of food ordered, the prices were fair and fell within the ₹200–₹400 range per person, as listed on Google. Final Verdict: AIMIE Restaurant is a decent option if you're looking for a quick meal without expecting gourmet-level quality. It’s one of those places where the food is okay, the service is decent, and the prices are reasonable. Would I return? Possibly, if I was in the area and wanted something casual.

You the industry must have Card Payment facilities. This is the digital era. Now a day's ur response to the card holding people satisfaction is absolutely worse. So clear it soon and make ur customers happy like previous management. Even all things happened as of depends. But the service people was very worse. They doesn’t know how to treat people. We will get far better service from local Chayakkada. I think the service boys has more power than the management and owners. If we complain anything to the management, the service boys come to office and make the issue to customers. At the first time of the opening, all were excellent and the kitchen staff all are Bangalies I think. Every food has extra spicy. And there is no respect for the family customers too. I saw a service boy making an issue with a family along with kids on 01/01/2023 dining time 7 pm. The name of the restaurant will spoil by the service people. Caution: DO NOT EXPECT GOOD QUALITY SERVICE and FOOD from the restaurant AIMIE.

Aimie Restaurant offers a decent dining experience, especially for non-vegetarian food lovers. While they do have vegetarian options, the focus seems to be more on non-veg dishes. We ordered butter naan, chicken curry, veg stew, and coffee. The naan was soft but could have been a bit crispier. The chicken curry had good flavors, though nothing extraordinary. The veg stew was mild and creamy, but it lacked depth in seasoning. Coffee was average, not the best we’ve had. The overall food quality was okay but not exceptional. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance, making it a decent spot for a casual meal. Service was fine, though slightly slow during peak hours. If you’re a non-veg lover, you might find it more satisfying, but vegetarians might have limited choices. It’s a reasonable option if you’re nearby, but not a place I’d specifically travel for.

My recent visit to Aimie Restaurant was an utter disappointment. From the moment I stepped in, the lack of service was glaringly evident. There was no host to greet us, and after waiting for what felt like an eternity, we had to seat ourselves.

To our dismay, there were no waitstaff in sight. We sat at our table for nearly 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence or offering us menus. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, the staff seemed to be completely absent or indifferent.

When we finally managed to flag down a passing employee, they appeared annoyed and made no effort to apologize for the delay. Even then, it took another 10 minutes before we were given menus. By this point, our frustration had overshadowed any excitement we had about dining at Aimie.

The poor service overshadowed everything else, making it impossible to enjoy our meal. Aimie Restaurant seriously needs to address their staffing and service issues. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.———/-_

I have visited this hotel multiple times. I had tried kizhi biriani, meals, porotta, different fish varities they all tasted pretty good.

The chicken Tikka was also really good. The prices are bit on the higher side compare to other good hotels around Pala...
