Disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered the peri peri chicken shawarma plate and alfaham, but unfortunately, both dishes fell short of my expectations.

The alfaham was a major letdown - it was dry and lacked any flavor or seasoning.

The peri peri chicken shawarma plate looked okay, but the flavor was off. The quantity was decent, but there was an unknown, unpleasant flavor that dominated the dish, and the peri peri seasoning was barely noticeable.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. With a little more attention to flavor and quality, they could be serving up some amazing dishes. As it stands, I wouldn't recommend this...

This is their first outlet in Kazhakootam. It is located opposite to Technopark. Being close to Technopark and a budget friendly food spot, it is always well crowded.

Combo offers are the highlight here too. Ordered chicken keema porota ,which many vloggers gave positive review and quarter periperi alfahm.Chicken keema porota has only sauce and mayonnaise in it.Taste wise there is no specialty. Similarly, instead of periperi alpham, I got normal alpham. Finally ordered a chicken keema pav. It was also a disaster.

Because it is always crowded, you have to wait for a long time to order food and get the ordered food kazhakuttam outlet seems to be...

Worst service staff and counter guy that I have experienced so far almost all the items were closed and all they have was only the juice items so I ordered the blue ocean crushers ...after ordered it's almost more than 15 minutes waiting for that 1 juice so when I asked about my order to the guy who was sitting in the counter instead of giving attention to me ,,he was busy talking in the phone and all the other staff were rushing to close didn't even think and realise what costumer had ordered really got disappointed with this cafe ...
