The tale of fraudness

Hey guys,I am writing this after frustrated experience with avocado resort,during September 2018,we planned for avocado and booked by paying 5000,but due to the flood,they have not returned our amount.if we ask our amount they ask us to come and stay there,which is not possible for us .please help us to sort out this..

ADVISE FOR THE VISITORS: DONT GO TO AVOCADO RESORT ..THEY ARE FRAUDLENTS .THEY DIDNT RETURN US OUR ADVANCE OF 5000.

we have helped kerala during the flood time ,but we didnt get any help and assurance and proper response from them for the amount paid .shame on you people .you are not the good one . we need our money back..

please dont go to avocado resort.

we dont need to stay at place who is simply failing to have good customer relationship .. your replies won't cost us anything avocado .. as a customer we are very not ok with your response..truth always triumphs.we didn't do any fraud activities as you did.. because certain terms and conditions are there for a customer but u didnt meet that .. As we strongly recommend our fellow friends and others not to visit avocado .. thanks in advance . we have helped kerala during flood,as much we can .but I dont like share how much money we have deposited for kerala relief fund ,we know our responsibilities and we always have humanity and helping minds, but you didnt return as anything in our favour..

ALWAYS PLAY GOOD AND MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY AVOCADO.ITS WHAT THAT TURN OUT TO BE AN GOOD RELATIONSHIP .BUT YOU FAILED .WE WILL NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE ANY OF OUR FELLOW MAN . ITS OUR HARDLY EARNED MONEY,WE ALSO HAD CERTAIN LOSSES BY TRAIN TICKETS,CABS AND EVERYTHING DURING OUR PLAN...

Best ambiance, great food and even better hosts. In love with the place.❤️ A serene place to spend time alone as well as with friends. The sitting area (hut) is suitable for a big family/ friends get togethers. The sitting area has a top floor with dim lights where you can enjoy the stary sky with few beers.🍻 All around the restaurant there are beautiful artworks. The only drawback was that we had to wait for the food but the hosts were very friendly and full of spirit that the we had a lot fun along with them.🥳🥳 There is light music playing at the background making it a overall cozy place to read a book along with a cup of coffee...🍮📖 I would recommend the place only if you really want to enjoy the ambiance of the place you are planning to have food and the company of the people who are...

Very nice restaurant which is so nice to sit in. The music there is also supergood. Minor point is the fact that the tables are pretty widespread, which makes the waiters forget about some corners. Thus: good tip is to go sit in view of the waiters (like: straight in front of the bar).

The card is pretty basic indian food, don't expect crazy creative or so. (Not like the look of the place).We took a veg noodles and a chop suey. Personally i found the veg noodles too expensive for what it was. My travelmate really enjoyed her meal and would recommand it! We asked to spice the food up, and after asking the chef and some hesitation, it was eventually possible (little strange in india :p)
