One of the tastiest food spots in aleppey. The food is halal, of great taste and also pocket friendly. You ll find friendly and well behaved staff, and the restaurant is also clean amd well maintained. The only issue you might find is that you won't be able to get a table if you are visiting in the peak hours at evening hours. They have take away options to compensate for that. My personal favourite here is the rumali roti and alfahm, which one should give a try for sure. And a special mention to the owners who are always there to welcome you with a genuine and sweet smile, and ensures that you are taken care of well. This restaurant in Alappuzha is renowned for its biriyani and holds the distinction of being one of the oldest establishments located alongside a canal. The interior exudes a historical charm with its beautifully arranged décor. While the biriyani is the highlight of the menu, my experience revealed a dish comparable to others in the area, albeit at a higher price of 190 rupees. This cost seemed steep considering the standard offering. Despite this, the service was exceptional, with staff exhibiting courteous and efficient behavior. This is really an old place and one of their most famous dish I beleive is the chicken biriyani. The biriyani quantity is so much they two people can eat that. It comes with an extra fried chicken which is ready good. The place is pretty basic with basic seating arrangements. It's crowd friendly too. The shawai here was absolute delight. I would like to go back here for more chicken dishes. The staffs were polite and well mannered. The view from here is really good. Maybe a walk and food then it's your place.
