This is my worst experience ever with the restaurant and there staff. Today after visiting Chottanikkara temple we came here for the fooding and we given the order for food after waiting for 30min we received the wrong order still we didn't complain to anybody. First next is happened is really pathetic from the part of hotel management. Me and my wife is sitting in outer side of the table suddenly one waiter dropped full tray of coffee on me and my mobile, dress all messed with coffee stain. And even though the management even didn't come us just to even ask what actually happened my whole dress is full of coffee it's there mistake and they behave like nothing is happened when I ask for the manager they said he is not here. These people are just uncultured swine who never respect the customer. I am going to put this on all social media about there attitude. I suggest Pleaee refine going to this restaurant....

Stopped by for a quick lunch and opted for the Masala Dosa. Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. The waiter seemed least interested in what he was doing, and the food lacked flavor; the dosa tasted sour.

When we inquired about coffee or tea, the response was curt – they were unavailable. We settled for lime juice, the only fresh option, but even that disappointed. The lime tasted sour, with more lime zest than juice being used.

Adding to the disappointment was the visibility of the kitchen's untidiness, as the door opened directly into the dining area. We wanted to leave immediately upon seeing the sight, and we wondered what contributed to their confidence to make this so visible.
