I am deeply disappointed with the quality and hygiene standards at Shri Aryaas Hotel in Chottanikkara. Today, the tea served had an alarmingly high concentration of chlorine, which is concerning for health and safety. This isn't the first time I've experienced such poor quality—this is the second occurrence in the last six months.
As devotees of Chottanikkara Amma, we visit this sacred place with great faith and hope. However, the unhygienic conditions and subpar food quality at this hotel tarnish the spiritual experience. The hygiene level at Shri Aryaas is shockingly poor, even worse than public restrooms.
The hotel management seems to have no regard for basic cleanliness and food safety, which is unacceptable, especially in a place that caters to numerous devotees. I urge the food safety department to conduct a thorough inspection of this establishment to ensure it meets the required standards. It is crucial for the health and well-being of all patrons.
I hope immediate action is taken to improve the situation, as no devotee should have to endure such a dismal experience while seeking spiritual solace.
I strongly advise fellow devotees and visitors to be cautious and consider alternative dining options until the management addresses these...

The food here is just below average with respect to the quality, quantity, taste and price. It does not bring the real taste that a traditional and authentic south indian vegetarian restaurants promise to provide. There is no dish to provide an appreciation to the restaurant. The meals, dosas, gopi Manchurian, chapatti all were just below average to rate. The staff were not all trained to handle customers. They didn't have the knowledge of the menu the restaurant can serve. Even the billing took a long time as they were not familiar with the billing machine operation. The restaurant was not clean and tidy. The tables were not cleaned properly and there were left over food in the tables. The restaurant accepts only cash payments which is again a drawback as most customer prefer card or UPI payments. The restaurant needs to improve a lot in order to attract the customers to visit...
