Cake hut — Restaurant in Kerala

Very bad attitude from one of the staff there he was taking so rude and arrogance, you people should teach every staff you hired to atleast talk in a fair and polite manner to your customer. I am representing a organization from Kakkanad, i think for the past one year we are ordering from you every month 3kg (check your data base ) one day ie last time the boy delivered cake forgot to take tax invoice so i ask him to send now so that i can release the amount form accounts dept but he told me he will send afterwards through whatsapp i said its ok but i need hardcopy because this is not my personal thing .But they didn't send and i was busy with the celebration at 5pm i left the office as usual, and i got a call from cake Hut from the beginning that fellow was asking "hello where is the cash" i explained him whole story and assured him within 10am tomorrow i will send you cash, but he was just acting like crazy and started arguing which was too bad. He said he need to close the sales and the invoice is already generated, and he send me invoice copy. I said tomorrow morning i will transfer the amount now i am helpless i can give the amount form my pocket and can be collected from my office but the guys attitude make me more anger...

24th May we had bought red velvet cake directly from the Cake Hut Edachira. We had cut the cake next day. When i took cake it smelled like strawberry cake then i didn't mind that. After cutting realized that it was strawberry cake. The rate for strawberry cake was 890 and for the redvelvet 940. The ganache, fillings and the cake was exact strawberry cake. Then we call them and asked that then they replied that their redvelvet cake was like that then i asked is the redvelvet cake tasted like strawberry then how will be the strawberry cake then they said they are giving strawberry filling for redvelvet. And there was another strawberry cake with vanilla filling. What is this? They were making cake and giving the name which they like.

For eg. They were giving chocolate cake and when ask about it they will say we are giving vannilla sponge in chocolate cake.. Like that is happened here
