I have gone there with my son today. Ordered for waffle and paid through GPay. The guy at the counter looked like he was chewing tobacco. 10 minutes after I made the payment, another person appeared and demanded a "photo" of the payment. I told him I never heard of a photo of payment and at last I understood that he was asking for the screenshot of the payment. I refused the demand because I never had to give the screenshot of the payment in any shop and demanded my money back. I visited kakkanad infopark shop today 10.40 pm.I came all the way 19 kilometres to buy wafles.The person there was over phone which I felt like talking to his friend or relative for 22 minutes.I had to wait till he finishes his call. After that when I tried to ask some thing, he couldn't understand or pretended not understanding even a single word I spoke in English or Malayalam. A small outlet selling different varieties of waffles and pan cakes. Went there after 9 p.m. and the place was not very crowded. It can hardly accommodate 10 people at a time. Ordered blueberry waffle and ice cream and fudge waffle. It took around 15 mins for preparation as the waffle is freshly made including the batter.

The wait was worth. The waffle was perfectly cooked...soft inside and crispy outside. The ice cream with fudge and waffle was the best among the two.
