Chili’s Floating Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

I recently visited Chili's Floating Restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. Here's why:

Poor Service: Our server seemed overwhelmed, and it took an inordinate amount of time to take our orders and receive our food. Mediocre Food: The burgers were overcooked, and the fries were lukewarm. The " signature" sauce tasted bland and unappetizing. Uncomfortable Ambiance: The floating restaurant's novelty wore off quickly, as the constant rocking motion made us feel queasy. The seating area was cramped, and the decor felt dated.

Considering the high prices and subpar experience, I would not recommend Chili's Floating Restaurant to anyone. There are far better dining...

Terrible Experience at Chilli Floating Restaurant, Poovar

We recently visited Chilli Floating Restaurant in Poovar and were left extremely disappointed. The food was absolutely not worth the outrageous price we paid. For a meal that should have cost ₹5,000, we ended up being charged ₹15,000, and it was a complete waste of money.

On top of that, the service was lackluster and inattentive, making the experience even worse. We felt like we were paying for the ambiance rather than the food or service, and even the setting couldn't make up for the disappointment.

Save your money and look for a better place to dine. We wouldn’t recommend this...

Would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. Made the mistake of not going through the prices before ordering. Do not fall for their fast fresh food advertising. But since we took the lunch boat ride, this and Saravana Bhavan (which I heard is equally expensive) seems to be the only option. The taste doesn't match the prices in any way. They are just average.
