I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to CROWN BAKERY. When my friend and I arrived, we parked our car along with many others in front of the shop, as there were no signs indicating any parking restrictions, nor was there any security present to manage the parking. While we were waiting for our coffee, a staff member rudely told my friend to move our car because it was allegedly blocking other vehicles. My friend immediately complied and parked elsewhere.
What happened next was even more shocking. An older man, claiming to be the owner, approached my friend in a very rude manner, accusing him of parking carelessly and causing trouble for others. If he wanted his customers' cars to be parked in an orderly fashion, he should have assigned security to manage the parking situation. Instead, there was no security involved at all, leading to unnecessary confusion and frustration.
When I asked the so-called owner about this matter, he denied whatever he had said to my friend and was even ruder to me. This experience left a very bad impression on both of us. I have never seen such a lack of respect and professionalism from any establishment. We will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this place.

This temporarily blocked some cars, but I quickly moved my vehicle to another spot as soon as one became available.
What really shocked me was the rude and disrespectful behaviour of an old-timer claiming to the owner of that shop with glasses inside the bakery. Instead of understanding the situation or providing any assistance, he mocked me in a mean and condescending manner, questioning my ability to park properly. When I mentioned that there was no security guidance while parking, he blatantly refused to acknowledge it and continued his rude remarks.
Such behavior from the staff is unacceptable and leaves a bad impression. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and understanding, especially in situations where circumstances are beyond my control. This experience has completely soured my view of Crown Bakery, and I will not be returning. I strongly advise others to consider how they treat their customers before deciding to visit.

Read moreFood and service of the workers were so great . But regarding the behaviour of the owner ( spex guy ) was so rude . Has spend around 2k in both the shops and still ezperienced worst experience for taking our photographs. Hope those places are kept for having food and taking photos . Have never took any other persons photo. So the owner should have manners for showing such a cheap attitude towards the customer especially while holding such a good business. Hope he learns good manners and mange well . Food and every other service was so good . Having respect for the workers...
