Before this outlet came all the orders were delivered promptly from another outlet. Problems started after this restaurant opened. Dominos app allots outlet based on location for delivery and the app has no option to select restaurant of choice. Most of the time this outlet cancels the orders without valid reason or order gets delayed for hours. Had very bad experience at the store. Visited the store for having desert for my kids. Wrong information were passed by the store manager about the availability of products and price and also while billing the store manager itself had typed wrong/ more amount than the billed amount in the swiping machine. Had never seen such a wrong practice from dominos. Had raised a complaint against this, which was resolved by dominos without taking a note from the customer. We ordered the Dominoss pizza at Kowdiar on a Friday, they had the 30 min delivery promise which was much worse than our election mandate.

We ordered around 8 pm and the delivery came around 10 pm, hungry tired and they spoiled the whole friday evening mood. It was delivered by some office staff and not he delivery boys. No apology, no free pizza compensation.
