Very pathetic situation we faced in Dominos pizza food court in lulu mall tvm on 04-09-2025.where we ordered a medium size pizza as we could not finish it completely we asked the staff for a box to carry the remaining slices .But she denied it whichresulted in carrying the open box as such through the entire mall to home.We called the customer service and got reply that they serve only online orders and offline order issues whatever is up to the customer to sort or mail to dominos and wait 24hrs to get a reply with this open box of pizza.dominos is having scaracity of their own boxes so i would recommend those who buy offline pizzas (dine in)from dominos bring a box and help the poor dominos or else you should eat it completely.Even after paying 907 rs for the pizza the dominos is so poor to provide their own box. To carry the left over slices to home.Domino's plese note for you there is no diifrenciation for on line or off line customers. I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your Lulu outlet. The service was below expectations—there was no proper display or system to notify when orders were ready, which caused a lot of confusion.

Additionally, the pizza I ordered (Double Cheese) was poorly prepared. The base was shattered, and the cheese had oozed out from the bottom, completely spreading into the packaging. This not only affected the presentation but also ruined the overall experience of enjoying the pizza.

Very bad experience related to hygiene.I went yesterday and waited 15 minutes in queue to place the order.The man who was preparing the pizza dough was doing with bare hands.Moreover he touches his face mask and in between and was coming to the cash counter to collect the money and to take order from customers .Thereafter he went back to finish the pizza preparation without cleaning his hands .I notified this to the guy But he was so rude and was not at all ready to accept the mistake.I left the counter without placing my order.
