Domino's Pizza | Sobha City Mall, Thrissur — Restaurant in Kerala

Yesterday, I placed an order for a medium extra cheese pizza from Domino's in shobha city Thrissur, Unfortunately, when I received the pizza, there was absolutely no cheese on it, and the overall texture was extremely dry. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff, informing them that despite paying for extra cheese, there was none on my pizza. I had also requested a pizza called "Pizza Mania" for my son, but I was informed that it was out of stock. Instead, they offered me a regular pizza, but even that lacked the cheese, making the crust appear dry and unappetizing. I kindly request that you refrain from mentioning the brand name for your own benefit, as both the staff and management need to be aware that cheating customers is detrimental to the business. Customers have numerous alternatives, and if they feel deceived, they will not return.

Furthermore, I observed another customer inquiring about Pizza Mania, and suddenly the staff claimed they had it available. This incident made me question them directly, and only then did the staff member admit that they did not, in fact, have Pizza Mania. Such deceptive practices towards customers are highly unprofessional, and I implore you to instruct your staff and management to uphold the reputation of the brand. Very very dissapointing.. we will prefer to have pizza from Pizza Hut rather...

The staff’s attitude (manager - Srihanu)was indifferent at best and outright dismissive at worst. From the moment I placed my order, their behaviour suggested they had little regard for customer satisfaction. Instead of assisting or offering recommendations, they appeared eager to discourage choices and make customers feel unwelcome.

One particularly frustrating aspect was their attitude toward menu items. If Domino’s has no real intention of selling certain variants, why keep them on the menu? When I ordered the Red Hot Pepper Barbecue Chicken Pizza, the immediate response was dismissive—telling me not to choose it, claiming it wouldn’t have enough toppings. When I insisted on proceeding with my order, they reluctantly placed it while displaying bizarre gestures, as if I had made an unreasonable request.

My experience with Domino's Pizza at Shoba City, Puzhakkal, was exceptional, deserving a five-star rating. The classic pizza I had was thoroughly enjoyable and surpassed my expectations.
