Read moreI will not recommended al Reem kuzhimanthi. We searched for the best kuzhimanthi spot, and Al reem kuzhimanthi, which had very good reviews and ratings, caught our attention. When we drove 10km and reached there, nothing happened as we expected. When we entered, there were a lot of people, and when we asked the person sitting at the counter if there was a seat due to the rush, he replied that he would find one anywhere. After seeing the seat, we ordered pidich food and sat down, there was only one variety of alfam there. Then the food came, and when we ate it, none of us got the taste that we were talking about, and then I don't understand how there were so many positive reviews.... Moreover, when we asked for rice, the look on the service boy's face made us feel like we were asking for something. Servicing was a very bad experience, when we saw the attitude of the person sitting at the counter when it was time to pay the bill, we would not feel like going there. We had a very bad experience, the food was not good, there was no alfam quantity, and the servicing was very bad. From that, I understand that most of the positive reviews I see are paid. This is not just my opinion. If more importance is given to customer satisfaction, it will be a business success... Not only the heart of the eater but also the mind should be filled. Therefore, it would be very good if all these things were taken care of....... The positive reviewers maybe not eated good and tasty mandhis thats why they're all telling al reem mandhi is the best mandhi.. Compared to another famous mandhis this is a waste of money and over priced and...

One of the most memorable aspects of our dining experience was the exceptionally tender chicken served at Al-Reem. It's evident that the chef takes great care in preparing each dish, resulting in chicken dishes that surpass any we've had before in terms of tenderness and flavor.
The hardworking staff at Al-Reem Hotel's restaurant deserve praise for their dedication to maintaining order and ensuring guests are well taken care of despite the bustling atmosphere. Despite the constant influx of diners, the staff worked tirelessly to accommodate everyone with efficiency and professionalism.
The popularity of Al-Reem Hotel's restaurant, particularly for its renowned Kuzhimandhi, means that it's always busy. This popularity can sometimes result in a crowded dining area, making it challenging to find seating without a short wait. However, the vibrant atmosphere adds to the overall dining experience.
One area where the restaurant could improve is the layout of the washing area. Relocating it to a less congested area could help alleviate crowding and improve the flow of diners, enhancing the overall...
