Disappointed with Butter Chicken Quality

I recently ordered butter chicken (₹290) along with 6 wheat porottas from this restaurant. However, the dish we received seemed to be pieces of tandoori chicken mixed into butter chicken gravy, rather than the usual boneless chicken used in traditional butter chicken. You can see this in the attached photo.

When we raised this with the staff, they insisted it was their version of “tandoori butter chicken.” But we specifically ordered regular butter chicken, and this wasn’t what we expected. They did offer a replacement, but we chose to eat what was served.

While the gravy tasted okay, we were disappointed because it didn’t match the authentic butter chicken preparation we’re used to, especially at this price. Our final bill came to ₹377, which included a ₹40 discount.
