Pizza Hut | Sashthamangalam, Trivandrum — Restaurant in Kerala

Pizza hut used to used very good quality pizza compared to dominos , but off late this particular place is going down the ratings miserably. staffing problem because of which orders take a lot of time ( even the simple ones ) on weekdays , one staff tends to take orders from all the table. badly maintained wash rooms ( stinks ) Once we went to pizza hut on a weekday at 8.30 pm. Apparently they were taking only take away orders and we are not serving at the restaurant They dont serve water for the customers , unless requested upon. If you have a coupon code/offer code ( paytm/bookmyshow/amazon ) , they always give the explanation that , server is not working fine for such payments. I got this reply 2 times. But your digital payment ( credit card ) works absolutely fine with the said servers. Only problems when you have some offer code which you can use to get some off in your final bill. Overall unfriendly staff ( may be they are letting out their frustration with the administration to the customers ) and they charge a bomb. the quantity of potato wedges has come down. The drinks not have much ice. When asked upon , get the explanation that , ice machine is having some issue. they don't have a separate parking lot of pizza hut customers. You have to rely on public road.

Better options for pizza in tvm - dominos ( some of them are good ) ,...

As a regular customer of Pizza Hut, I’m extremely disappointed with the service and hygiene at the Sasthamangalam outlet.

I used to visit this branch frequently to enjoy the All You Can Eat offer with my friends. However, during my recent visit, the staff rudely refused to provide the offer, claiming it’s only available on Fridays — contradicting what I was told earlier (that it’s available Monday to Friday). I then visited another nearby Pizza Hut outlet on the same day, and they allowed me to avail the offer without any problem. This clearly shows the Sasthamangalam staff were misleading and unprofessional.

To make things worse, the outlet had unclean tables, houseflies buzzing around, and the washroom was in a terrible state. Not at all what you'd expect from a reputed brand like Pizza Hut.

This experience was far from the standards I’ve come to expect. I hope the management takes swift action to fix both the service attitude and hygiene issues at...

Variety of pizzas... Tried unlimited meal.. Suggestion don't go for unlimited meals... Quantity is too much you can not finish it by yourself (no matter how hungry you are), you would end up wasting it... Order things separately instead...

Garlic breads: Cheese Chilly - Decent (Okayish, chopped capsicum instead of grated one would have given much better taste and experience) Supreme - Little spicy with chopped green chilly, liked it!!

Pan pizzas: Tandoori Paneer - YUMMMM... 😋 Paneer Vegorama - Something was wrong with pizza, could feel less cheese and more of a pizza base, very dry... And faint on taste..

Drinks: Green apple mojito - Refreshing.. Pepsi - Well you know.. ;)

Dessert: Hut Chocolate Fudge - A chocolate sauce spread over a vanilla ice cream with roasted cashew nuts in it... It's Yumm... ☺

Again don't go for UNLIMITED MEALS... Have...
