I have been a regular visitor since their opening. Food is good, and service average. Parking security guard excellent in customer service. Today, the food they served was third rate quality and charged Rs. 200 per meal. The rice was under cooked, and when we raised protest we were publicly ridiculed and the shift supervisor Muthuraj, cashier and others came and spoke very rudely with me and my mother. They were justifying that we should expect only cold rice if we walk into the hotel during closing time (at 1:35 PM ????). First they said, the red rice was over as they had parcel orders, and out of no choice we ordered white rice. There were other fellow eaters who were complaining of why they would charge a 70 Rs. meal at 200 Rs. today. This was accounting to total cheating. I requested to get their hotel owners' number, to which they refused and started furiously defending themselves, and virtually asked us to leave the premises, as they were losing business owing to my conversation. I never raised the voice, but the members did not have the courtesy and manners to speak to any customers, and I even doubt if they are even half educated. I would absolutely request everyone to be on the guard when you visit this hotel...people can behave very un-courteous and looks like a greedy hotel who will go down in the days to come..... I am almost this close to registering a grievance for them publicly...
Read moreSree Aryas has been a dependable choice for more than fifteen years. I was a regular at their old location near Premier Tyres before they shifted to their current premises. The menu sticks to the familiar vegetarian staples, and while the food is consistent, it rarely rises above average.
Parking is generally adequate, though during holidays you might have to hunt for a spot. The restaurant offers both AC and non-AC dining areas.
What has remained consistently disappointing, however, is the lack of warmth from the key staff. Despite visiting over 50 times, I’ve never experienced anything close to genuine customer engagement. Even today, a simple attempt at a friendly conversation was coldly brushed aside, almost as if customers were a burden rather than valued guests.
The atmosphere has been made even less inviting with new stickers everywhere warning that "Meals should not be shared." A policy is one thing; the aggressive messaging is another — loud, unfriendly, and unnecessary.
As for the food — I had a dosa, much like I have had many times before. As usual, it was neither breathtaking nor terrible. Just routine.
In short, Sree Aryas remains a reliable place for simple vegetarian meals, but don't expect much warmth or hospitality...
Read moreNot even one star rating....do not go for dinner or night food.... specially for naans and main courses....it is only good for dosas and south India dishes...I ordered gobi 65 and sizzler...they literally gave me a gravy instead of sizzler and gobi pakode instead of gobi 65....they have no idea what's there in the menu and serving us anything....
And I had a very bad experience as I went there with a friend and we just ordered our main course meal and a family of 10 members entered the hotel and chose the table beside us...the whole family was irritating as they had 3 kids who was shouting as hell....as on it the staffs stopped attending us and soon we were handed over the bill without asking for it.....it was way too much....we decided to speak to the manager but they don't understand Hindi so well.....they don't know how to treat their customers and surely people not from Kerala never go there...this is a reputed restaurant here and still they are doing this.....they are literally losing customer..... Kerala people must be ok with this kind of stereotype that is this is tolerated here.... again Kerela proved how dirty it's stereotype is and how wierd people are here and how wierd their habits are... god's own...
