Worst experience i have ever had. Customer service is the worst over here. Two times i faced the same issue here. The problem was like we ordered one puttu and beef nadan curry and one plate on butter naan. the person who took order was not the one on the usual green uniform , with a normal casual dress. He heard my order and did not note that down, he went from there. After 20mins i called one of there staffs in the uniform and enquired what happend with the order, she told me she will look into it and left the place, i waited for another 10mins for her to reply and i lost my temper and called another waitress and enquired the same . Quite surprisingly she asked me what was my order… you know what that really shook me.. but patiently i replied what we have ordered for, she came back after 5 mins and told it will take another 5mins for the order to reach my table. I kept quite and after 10mins they brought my order .. that was only puttu , i asked the staff what exactly is happening, the guy who took my order argued to me that i did not order naan and beef nadan curry . Pallaram is a Good hotel ,best for Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian foods. The parking was really easy because, there were enough and more space. There is no need to worry if your car is going to get scratched. The overall ambience of the place was ecstatic. Other than the regular cafeteria in the ground floor, there is a basement for restaurant as well. You are welcomed with a whole variety art works to the restaurant. Hotel has got lot of doodle works and the interior looks so attractive.Hot water is served in a clean and tall glass, which is a win for me because, most restaurants nowadays makes you buy a bottle,which is too much.My little ones were feeling right at home with Mom and Dad who were really pleased with the overall approach and treatment from the staff. The staff comes in with a beautifully designed menu card, that has all types of malabari, Chinese, native, as well as continental food. Those with the sweet tooth, beware. This place has got the stuff that can make your pastry dreams come true. The cleanliness of the place needs a special mention too. The one star rating is based on a take way order via swiggy today. Two things mainly , went to the restaurant to have take away but the restaurant was not open at 8 am as per Google. Usually the breakfast served at this place was good. So when I checked in swiggy the restaurant is live and I looked to palce the order. I was only left with combo offers, no seperate orders, while it's own kadavanthra outlet have options to order separately. This is kind of fooling the customers or taking advantage of you own customers for their like for your menu. Anyways I went the cobo option available at kakkanad outlet as we were late for the breakfast. I have ordered 2 nos of idiyappam with chicken stew and 1 nos of idiyappam with veg stew( for 3 people). With in 30 mints we get the order. But the veg stew served was very bad and felt like yesterday's food is heated and served again. Complained at swiggy and and with a lot chit chat they refunded a unbelievable amount( Rs 80). Why iam doing this lengthy review, the breakfast served at palaram and most of the items from their menu is way too good and tasty ( a bit costly, still).
