Parking was a breeze, with ample space available in basement 1 and basement 2. What made it even better was the absence of any parking fees, which is a rarity these days. This thoughtful gesture certainly added to the overall positive experience.

It had long been a cherished wish of mine to visit Chittilappilly Square with my family, and it finally came true during the 2025 holidays, when my kids were off from school.

We were warmly welcomed by the gatekeeper, whose gentle smile set the tone for our visit. After parking our car in the designated area, we eagerly headed to the restaurant. From the very beginning, we were touched by the humble and courteous service of the staff.

A special mention goes to Mr. Manoj, whose professionalism and efficiency were truly commendable. He ensured our food was served promptly, without any long wait.

My better half and I chose Achayan’s Special for lunch — and words can hardly capture the deliciousness of the meal. The spicy fish curry, perfectly roasted beef, and other flavorful side dishes were simply unforgettable. The final item served was exceptionally superb, leaving a lasting impression on our taste buds.

The hospitality and exceptionally polite behavior of every staff member deserve heartfelt appreciation. Chittilappilly Square is undoubtedly one of the best places for families to visit.
