Today is very bad day for me, because of the i am onthe way to kumarakom morning I was taken breakfast from this coffee house then i got a very bad dealing and waste food.. When i am travelling always choosing coffe house in other locations.. Here is too bad.. Never i did not go coffee house in next time... Resons 1,When i was waiting for waiter nobody responded 20minutes.. Then only waiter came, i lost my time 2, only chappathi and Gheerost available that time 3 i was ordered chappathi and veg curry.. So chappathi is very hard no hot, this i understood not fresh items which is balance last day served.. 4, In veg curry i found one hair piece Tottally got a trouble from this coffe house.. I didn't complaints raised because of the time already spoled my time this guys.. Thanks a lot i am stopped with...

We've been to many Indian Coffee House establishments before and decided to go to this restaurant despite the negative reviews here. The experience was horrible. We ordered a ghee roast and a masala dosa. Both were undercooked, inedible and the masala dosa was sloppy. The coffee we ordered tasted like it was burnt and smoky. We tried to politely explain to them about it and was told there is no problem with any of it. The service was very poor. They couldn't care less what they are serving as long as they get the money.

We really wished we never ventured into this establishment. It is a shame that they are using the brand name and can't live up to its standards among...
