We really loved the food they served especially, vegan beef fry, vegan biriyani and kothuporotta... it was so tasty that beats up the taste of our beef fry.. nte ponnu saree,..jeevithathil try cheyathe poya eetavum valya nashttangalil onnakum....and sandhyechi, we love you... as the Vanaprastham Community, we ordered their food for the get together, anniversary ad bday function. All our vegetarians and non-vegetarians were equally satisafied and appreciated a lot about the flavourful taste.... we suggest Vinod cafe the most when you reach cherthala. Swiggy ordering is also available.

A vegan restaurant serving local cuisine in Cherthala??! You have to try it to believe it. It's amazing how well they are able to replicate the taste of beef fry with soy chunks. I can tell you that their vegan beef fry taste better than 90% of the regular beef fry available in town. I tried their vegan beef biriyani, vegan cutlet and the veg breakfast dishes too. All are just plain yum! Must try if you are in Cherthala and also it's worth it to drive all the way from Kochi...

Great little vegetarian place that is very popular with the locals. It has been running for over 30 years. Most of their food is suitable for vegans. They have traditional South Indian dishes like dosa, idle, sambar, coconut chutney, vada, bonda, chappathi, puri's and mixed veg curry. Most of the foodnis also gluten free. I love that their food is not drowned with oil.
