K66 Food Court — Restaurant in Kerala

I had a terrible experience here. Ordered a 4-piece fried chicken combo, 2 burgers, and coleslaw. After placing my order, a staff member asked me to move upstairs because a group of 14 had arrived. Forcing paying customers to relocate after ordering is completely unprofessional, but I cooperated without making an issue.

Upstairs, I asked for hot water. Fries from the combo arrived, but after waiting 10 minutes, still no water. When I asked another waiter, his rude reply was, “Either take the bottled water or ask the first guy again.” Absolutely unacceptable!

If you cannot train your staff to behave professionally, you have no business taking orders. I left money for the fries and walked out. Check your CCTV of your upper dining between 9:10–9:25 PM to see how your staff treats customers. Definitely do not...

Visited Restaurent based at good reviews during first visit asked about their signature Dish they have suggested Variety of kebabs afgani malai and few more varieties of kebabs

Please dont keep much expectations on their food But taste almost same But cooked very well better order one specific iterm

Secondly the salad they are serving with cabage scrappers with few onion, tomatto & salad vellari which dosnt feel to be presented well or made well

Should improve a lot on presentaion of food and providing Decency to who ever visit to have good food.

I was curious to see a new restaurant came up on road so went to have a look of things... It's divided into 3 segments Cafe on top.... Fried chicken food court on ground floor and a grill and dine in kitchen section with curries...

Now the good thing is you have variety of food available. And it's on highway so even better you can take a quick bite. But the most letdown part was quality and taste of food. Was served cold food with no taste even after waiting for half an hour for the same. You can get better fresh food in near proximity...
