Kanjipura restaurant on the Thondayad - Ramanattukara NH Bypass is located on the left side once you come down the Thondayad flyover from malaparaba towards Ramanattukara.

Food is good, they have about 10+ variety of Kanji, and few types of Chattichoru.

They also serves other commonly available food items like Biriyani, Ghee Rice, Porotta and curries.

Currently they have a lunch buffet running with limited menu items for Rs.99+ tax . Basically Rice,Kappa,Kanji , Fish Curry, Sambar, thoran, one or two side curries pappad and a payasam. It was good for that amount and you can buy others nonveg side dishes on extra payment.

I was just told they have seafood chatti choor and some special kanji when i asked what they serve. That's a bad technique to sell your expensive dishes. Provide a menu instead

Food is average, nothing special. I prefer kanji panthal as their food and ambiance is better. It's a bit crowded here as the area is very small.

There are too many people acting as waiters but none of them are good at what they do. It just makes the room look chaotic.

They have Aircon but as the doors are open, it gets very hot inside. Either keep the doors closed or provide...

We went with family after seeing many social media vlogs of Rs.99 lunch and the expectation was high and its really disappointed.Its seems like normal meal and they arranged it in a traditional utensils in a big space.We tried chicken biriyani,chutty choru,pothichoru and Rs.99 buffey lunch.Among this chicken biriyani was really nice and meals are average only.They can add more side dishes to the meal as other restaurant offering more dishes with meals with this approximate price.They have good traditional ambiance and car parking space.Recommended for a one time...
