Great outlet really spacious and i recieved my order within 3 minutes. The staffs are really friendly and i loved dining at angamaly. The meal was hot and ready to eat. REALLY SATISFIED Friendly staff. Ample amount of space for 50 plus people. I was disappointed with my recent visit to the KFC outlet at Thrissur but this outlet is great. The chicken is fresh and cooked perfectly. Great taste. I would have given five Star but the lack of staffs is causing a problem in time. Well it's a KFC and they have maintained their standard. Parking space is very less, but the road there is wide enough that the cars can be parked on the road side. Not very crowded when I visited. convert this to 200 lines
The KFC outlet in Angamaly is a great place to dine with ample space for 50 or more people. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The meal was hot and ready to eat, with great taste and the chicken was fresh and cooked to perfection. Despite the lack of staff causing some time issues, the overall experience was very satisfying.
However, parking space is a bit of a challenge as it is limited, but the road is wide enough for cars to be parked on the side. It is not very crowded during the time of the visit. The KFC has maintained its standard, providing good quality food and great service.
It's a great place to dine with friends and family, and the friendly staff adds to the overall experience. The food is always hot and ready to eat, and the taste is always up to the standard of KFC. The only issue is the limited parking space, but the road is wide enough for parking.
Overall, it's a great KFC outlet in Angamaly, and the staff, food, and atmosphere make it a great dining experience. The lack of staff might be a problem, but it does not take away from the quality of the food and service. The visit to this KFC outlet was much better compared to a recent visit to the KFC outlet in Thrissur, which was...

I recently visited this KFC outlet and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. Right from the moment I walked in, the service was below expectation. The staff taking orders at the counter neither smiled nor greeted anyone — their attitude felt unpleasant and borderline rude. It's unfortunate because the first point of contact sets the tone for the entire customer experience, and here it was frankly off-putting.
The only saving grace was the Chicken Zinger Burger, which was decent and tasted as expected. However, that alone couldn’t salvage the visit.
After collecting my order, I proceeded upstairs to find tables cluttered with used trays and leftover food, completely unattended. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while, and no staff member seemed to be monitoring or maintaining the area.
The biggest shock, however, was the condition of the washrooms. They reeked so badly that I couldn’t even step in to wash my hands. The stench was unbearable and indicated a serious lack of cleanliness and routine maintenance. In a food establishment — especially a global brand like KFC — this is simply unacceptable.
Summary: Poor customer interaction at the counter Dirty and unkempt dining area upstairs Absolutely unhygienic and foul-smelling toilets Average food, with the Zinger Burger being the only decent part of the visit
This outlet urgently needs strong oversight from the management or ownership team. It’s not just about brand reputation — it’s about basic hygiene, customer service, and respect for patrons who expect a minimum standard...

Review: I recently visited KFC in Kerala and ordered their Chicken Wrap, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. The primary issue was with the wrap itself, as it was extremely difficult to swallow due to the rubbery and useless Parota they used. When I inquired about this with the store manager, I was informed that the company sends frozen Parota that is then baked in the oven, resulting in its rubbery and stretchy texture. This revelation was quite disappointing, as I expected a better quality wrap from a renowned fast-food chain like KFC.
Furthermore, I also noticed that KFC in Kerala has limited its menu options, removing some mouth-watering dishes that I had previously enjoyed at other KFC locations. This made me question the restaurant's commitment to providing a diverse and finger-licking menu for their customers.
Overall, my experience at KFC in Kerala was disappointing due to the hard-to-swallow Chicken Wrap and the limited menu choices. I hope the restaurant takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the quality and variety of their offerings, so customers can truly enjoy the finger-licking goodness that KFC...
