Palace Inn Angamaly — Hotel in Kerala

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. Even the staff over there don’t know the room categories. The first impression at the front office was a very cold one. The front office |executive was an unmannered and unprofessional chap who doesn’t know any basics of a hospitality field. There was no bell boy to carry the luggage. I asked for a deluxe ac room and the this guy carried me to three rooms where most of the rooms are without ac. The rooms were clean. But the washroom was nasty and the heater produced sparks and noise which is horrible to take a hot shower.there was no soap provided and the shampoo placed inside was used by some one else. The food taste was excellent but again it comes to the service part it took around 45 mins for me to place an order for just two parathas and a chicken curry. The hotel is in a small lane behind the main KSRTC bus stand. Road next to Celebration Cinema. This is a budget hotel, so no great view but the room is fitted with powerful air-conditioning and is clean with a tub in the large bathroom. The bedroom and adjoining dinning and meeting room is large and comfortable but not well decorated. The staff is cordial and very helpful. They are open to your issues if any and resolve them even before you have a chance to complain. A pleasant stay we had at Palace Inn Hotel.
