Every home has there on way of making erachi/ meat ularthiyathu/stir fry and this is how we can make it at home. If u are a lover of this meat u can eat along with bread , rice etc. Here I used potatoes also along with this meat preparation. Potatoes are cut in cubes are stir fried with pork. Tried a variety of items for dinner ..... chicken biryani, puttu, porotta, chapathi, and ayala fish curry.
The highlight was the fish curry....... absolutely delicious and well-balanced. The chicken biryani, however, had an unusual sweetness that didn’t quite suit our taste. Puttu was okay, but had a strong jeera flavor which may not appeal to everyone.
Disappointed to find the chapathi was ready-madeand of poor quality. Porottawas also not up to the mark — lacked freshness and softness.
