A Very Disappointing Experience

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had. As soon as we entered and got seated, the manager came to take the order. When we said we would let him know in a few minutes, he reacted rudely. After a short while, he returned, and we placed a small order. Later, when we decided to order a bit more, he behaved very unprofessionally, questioning why we hadn’t given the order all at once and reacting rudely again—even though we had only ordered twice in total.

On top of that, the service was completely disorganized. We had ordered starters first, but they brought the main course before the starters. The food itself was disappointing—no real taste, just overloaded with spices.

To make matters worse, when the bill arrived, there were extra charges for items we never ordered, including multiple water bottles and soft drinks.

Overall, the experience was extremely poor in terms of both service and food quality. I would not recommend...

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at this restaurant, and I have to say, it was one of the worst meals I've ever had. The food was completely bland—like they forgot to add any seasoning, including salt. Everything tasted like cardboard, with no depth of flavor whatsoever. The dishes were either overcooked or undercooked, and nothing seemed fresh. I honestly don't know how they managed to make something so simple so unappetizing. The lack of taste was astonishing. For a second I thought the servers treat us with racism. You have mentioned middle East restaurant okay.. then you appoint servers and managers form there middle East ... So that their skin colour will match to your star customers .. black toned suppliers for black Indians.. Hah great service really enjoyed.. fast service for foreigners and late service for especially Tamilandu peoples and for few keralites too...
