Worst ever experience I had ever had. They see whether you are a tourist, then they cost the food by viewing the person who orders with extreme cost. If the actual rate is 200 they charge you 400. So please don't visit this shop. Even the paper plate is costing rupees 15. They are just money minded. This hotel is far from Munnar and you won't get that pleasant feel of Munnar climate. You will feel hot during day time for sure (April May). Rooms are spacious, clean and view from balcony is pleasant. Still, I would say they have scope of improvement in overall cleanliness.
