Ordered food from Manchatti and was shocked to see it delivered in small plastic covers – highly unsafe and unhygienic, especially for hot food. The quality was equally pathetic – the sambar was watery with barely any vegetables. When we raised this with the restaurant, they were arrogant and dismissive, saying this is how they always deliver food and suggested not to order again. Absolutely unprofessional attitude and poor standards. Not recommended. Had to throw away the items in the bin.

I had ordered a fish fry meal from this hotel through Zomato. It cost around ₹210 for the fish fry meal. It's a total scam, the so called fish fry was the head portion of the fish fried. Such a fraudulent hotel it is. How can a hotel serve only the head portion as the fish fry which costs around ₹200? The food taste was too bad and pathetic food. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM AND PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HOTEL.

I had a disappointing experience with a parcel pothichoru. Despite clearly requesting a vegetarian meal, they packed a non-vegetarian one. It was not only a waste of money but also an unpleasant situation for my pure vegetarian parents. It's disheartening that the restaurant staff didn't prioritize customer requests in such cases, highlighting a lack of care from the staff and management.
