When I brought this to the attention of an employee, they responded by asserting that it was my responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the order.
Furthermore, I did not receive a physical or digital copy of the bill until after receiving the order. Instead, I was provided with a slip containing only the order number, which made it difficult for me to verify the correctness of the order. Eventually, I approached another person at the outlet, presumably the manager, who assisted in replacing my order. I believe there should be improved communication and attention to customer satisfaction among the staff to avoid such issues...
