VERY BAD FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I visited mehfil today afternoon almost 3 pm and ordered for a meat roll and they misplaced chicken roll . the roll was served very cold and inside the roll was undercooked and gooey gooey . the quantity of maida was much more than the stuffing when complained about it to the lady who was sitting in the counter .when I asked to reduce the amount she not only disagree to do so but also behaved rudely saying non other customer have any problem regarding the same .we pay the money for the food so it is bare minimum to get at-least...

Mehfil is a hotel and bakery I visit frequently. The food is generally good, clean, and of decent quality. However, the service from some of the staff could be improved. Doesn't deserve any rating. Such a worst experience. Biriyani was ok ok. First of all staffs here don't know how to manage customers. They are irresponsible especially lady at the counter. Expired pickles blended with salad is the main highlight. Meals was also not good. We bought chicken sixty five. But the pieces were waste bone pieces with a thin layer of meat. Nothing is worth the price....
