Back in 2013 when I first visited this place it was awesome. Food was amazing, service was fantastic and the toddy was fresh and very tasty.

Yesterday’s visit 2023 food was terrible, service was horrible, and toddy was very sour and I think it was tainted. The only thing that stayed the same is the ambiance. It is very over crowded. The waiting time is over an hour.

When we eventually found a seat the waiting time for a waiter started. We had to wait for another 45mins. Finally the guy came and asked while giving our order he turned around and walked away as if we finished.

Another 15mins later and numerous attempts at calling the waiter he finally returned he took the order and we stated receiving the items one at a time.

We thought okay since we waited this long atleast the food would be good. To our mistake the food was horrible. It’s as if they don’t care if the food is good as long as there are people to eat their waste.

If you guys don’t mind waiting for like 3 hours for bad service and like to eat horrible food. this is the correct place for you.

I will never go back to this place. Ambience is good since that being taken care of by Mother Nature. If the shaap oner got a chance to change the ambience I’m sure he would have ruined that also.

I wish I could give zero stars for food...
