Mummy's UDUPPI HOTEL — Restaurant in Kerala

Mummy's Uduppi is a typical pure vegetarian restaurant at Ernakulam, opened very recently. First of all, the restaurant possesses lavish parking space just in front. The interior is explicitly spacious, with an A/C and non-A/C cabins, both accommodating more than about 10 families.

Talking about the foods served, enormous number of dishes are available compared to other restaurants of similar scale. Dishes mainly available are Chinese, South-Indian and North- Indian. All timefavourites include the iconic Channa Batura, different varieties of Dosa & Uthappam (Rawa dosa, Onion dosa, Paneer dosa, mixed dosa and much more), Veg Chilly Porotta and many more.

Chinese dishes are quite enormous in numbers, ranging from Classic Gobi Manchurian to matchless dishes like Chilli Paneer, Dragon Paneer, Pepper Paneer Manchurian etc. Many accompaniments like Wheat Porotta, Paneer Dosa, which one finds it unavailable in other similar restaurants are served here.

Dishes served here are much less in added flavours (except for some Chinese dishes), rich in taste and quality. All the dishes are found perfectly cooked, with no complaints about overcooked foods or otherwise. Overall, an apt family restaurant for those who are in craving for pure, sans added flavour...

Food is really good especially the Ghee roast .Roti and Paneer dishes are also good.But sad thing is attitude one particular service staff spoiled the whole experience.Mind you we are regulars at this restaurant.We had ordered no sugar coffee and also Lime soda with salt.When the order came he messed it up with sugar in both items.When we politely asked him to change it he was very reluctant and rude in his behaviour.It is disheartening to see that only cos of a single persons attitude and behaviour i was forced to post a bad review like this.i hope the management take up this matter and identify the particular service staff.I had also informed the billing counter staff...

Uduppi food is really good , quantity for parcel food is very low compared to other similar restaurants . The security responsible for parking behaviour was not good . First time visited this place, I have not scene any boards for separate car and bike parking . Just parked in front the hotel , waited for parcel food . Security was like I have parked their purposefully and his behaviour was not proper . If he just say , here car and bike parking seperate and you can park your bike over their no issue. But the way security person treat the customer is not good . When comes to a hotel staffs behaviour need to be comfortable for the customer other wise good food and rating...
