Pakka Punjabi Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

Today 30/10/2020 i ordered 2 കുഴി മന്തി from this hotel from online delivery application Swiggy. I got it after one hour after ordering. When i opened the food the chicken piece has a plastic burned smell. When i served it to a plate and chew the chicken piece. I tastes a plastic flavor from chicken. I smell the chicken piece all around, the chicken piece has huge plastic smell. I opened other kuzhi manthi parcel the same plastic smell is also in that chicken piece also. Then I contact the pakka punjabi hotel. One guy takes the call. I tell him the condition of the food. The guy telling that the smell is from the charcoal. The guy tell to me he will contact me after few minutes. After call disconnected. He didn't call me again. I thinks that pakka punjabi hotel serving poisoned food to customers. Don't buy food from this hotel. They are cheating customers by giving...

Been to this place twice. The first time it was amazing and the second time it was a drastic experience. Tried Alfaham, Naan, Chilli Parotta, and Biriyani from here. Alfaham was fine. The chicken quantity was excellent and it tasted fine too. Naan was good as well. Naan was soft even after not ordering butter naan. Chilli parotta : (4/5) Excellent quantity and quality. Biryani - (0/5) We got two sets of bulky hair in the food. They replaced the plate first upon raising the concern and provided a new set of biriyani. The replaced biriyani container also contained the same set of hairs and they didn't care to come to the table or listen to us. We just had to walk out from the place of their irresponsible behaviour.

The staff is very friendly until you come across some situations like these things in food. Not recommendable. Not at aa ll...

I have ordered Chicken Kuzhimanthi Biriyani which tastes like cat or dog food....... The rice do have a burner or smoke flavour...... which is disgusting........The chicken is cooked only with pepper and salt.......which is not at all good for a Kuzhimanthi....... For a traditional Kuzhimanthi the rice and chicken should taste and smell different....... And the piece of chicken which I get is not good for consumption because while eating the piece I heard a cracking sound from my mouth........which I found was many pieces of iron.......may be from their barbeque grill or their cooking tray.......... Not Recommended.............Don't Eat Chicken Kuzhimanthi Biriyani from Pakka...
