Was well maintained until someone took it over. Now it's closed down. Manorama was in charge and they did a good job but now it's been handed over to some other person.they seem to be renovating but is in a very slow process. There isn't any other place to hang around in Kottayam other than the park . Everyone hopes they start it soon.
