Terrible Experience - Cold Pizza, Unprofessional Delivery, and 2-Hour Wait!

Order Details: Ordered delivery via Pizza for a birthday party on Hut app on 10-07-2025. Did online payment of Rs. 2620.80 Expected arrival: ~7:00-7:30 PM. Actual Arrival: 8:30 PM – a full TWO HOURS after ordering at 6:30 PM.

The Delivery Nightmare: Confusing Delays: The assigned Pizza Hut delivery rider called me around 7:15 PM to "confirm my location" (which was correctly entered and live location was also shared). He assured me he was on his way. No-Show & Outsourcing: The rider never arrived. Instead, at 8:30 PM, a Swiggy delivery person showed up with my order. He explained the original Pizza Hut rider was "busy" and handed off the delivery to him. Totally Unprofessional: This is unacceptable. Pizza Hut outsourced their core responsibility to a third-party (Swiggy) without my knowledge or consent. What if there was an issue? Who is accountable? This lack of control over their own delivery process is shocking.

The Food (If You Can Call It That): Pizza: Arrived stone cold, limp, and dried out. The cheese was congealed. Fries: Soggy, ice-cold, and utterly unappetizing. Clearly, sitting for 2 hours (and possibly being transferred between riders) destroyed any semblance of freshness.

Why 1 Star? Extreme Delay (2+ hours) for a standard delivery. Blatantly unprofessional handoff of delivery to an unauthorized third party. Complete lack of communication about the delay or the delivery swap. Inedible, cold food due to gross mismanagement.

Final Verdict: Pizza Hut failed at every level – logistics, communication, professionalism, and food quality. Paying a premium for branded pizza means expecting reliable service. They delivered none of it. I will never order from Pizza Hut again, and I strongly advise others to avoid their delivery service. Demand a full refund if this happens to...

Worst dine-in experience so far after trying out a dozen of Pizza Huts in South India.

We ordered Meals for 2 today for lunch and they served it on a paper tray. We asked for plates and they were reluctant and said they won't provide it. Finally after some arguments they provided small fibre plates that can't accommodate a single piece of pizza. For breadsticks, initially they didn't give a cheezy dip but later they did. The seasoning bottles were dirty and you will not like to even touch it. No tissue paper, no cutlery and no drinking water. They treat the customers like some sort of animals. You will get a better experience from the nearby other low-profile street shops. We will never ever visit this store again.

Lastly, the pizza (Mexican Delight) was horrible in taste. Looks like they were using old cheese or something. It had some sort of bitter taste.

I tried to provide the feedback to Pizza Hut official website, but this particular store was not listed in their website.

I recently visited the Pizza Hut located in Kulathoor and had an overall pleasant experience with their delicious pizzas and welcoming ambiance. However, I must address an area that needs significant improvement— the wash space.

While the restaurant provides a good dining environment, the lack of a proper wash space is quite disappointing. There is only one wash basin, and it is located inside a toilet that is not well-maintained. This setup is not only inconvenient but also does not meet the hygiene standards one would expect from a reputable establishment like Pizza Hut.

I strongly recommend that the management consider adding more wash basins in a clean and accessible area for customers. Ensuring proper hygiene facilities will undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience and maintain the high standards associated with the Pizza Hut brand.

I hope this feedback is taken into consideration for future improvements. Despite this issue, I enjoyed the food and the courteous service, and I look forward to visiting again...
