I visited Turf three times already. Their service is very bad and whenever someone writes a negative review about the staff and their service or posts any picture of the food which is bad. The owner is in sheer denial and I mean utter Denial which makes me very furious!!!! They don't admit their wrongs!!!! They blame the customers that they are wrong Arey yaar, remember customers are always right.

For my complaints is about the bad service, when ready to decide to place the order. The staff are not looking at the customers and they are just talking among themselves or looking away from the customers. What is this??? Rude attitude??? I raise my hand still no one looks. Then I wait for like 10 minutes more then someone sees me. I don't want to yell Excuse Me so other customers don't get disturbed. If I want I can do that. But your main job as waiters is to check on the customers throughout the entire service!!!. Constantly checking on them. This rude attitude of the waiters happened to me thrice, like all three times.

The food is average, sometimes the staffs don't know the difference between sandwiches and burgers!!! I have to explain to them like talking to a 5 year old.

They should bring the paper Menus cards for customers who don't have smart phones with good network or their battery is dead. Or for people who don't use smartphones!!!.

If I receive any reply from the owner to my feedback with Denial and ego by looking at my profile and judging me or backanswering me, it will be hitting my last nerve, I will come one of these nights and dine there and will be very strict!!!.

If I again experience the same ignorant attitude from the waiters for placing the order, then I will make sure the order gets delivered and I will not pay for it.!! Will make such a scene.

This place is nothing but amazing, the ambience is simply calm and cool with a mild music playing in the background which can be topped up with some cool lightings and stuff.

The main part is the taste of the food, the food makes it the best place to chill on a lazy evening and have fun. Their coffees and cool beverages are great, they add a new flavor to your mood and makes it even more special. The desserts are something that deserve a special mention as they come from a totally different planet, their apple pie with vanilla ice cream is just out of the world. Also their creme brulee is a must try, the caramelized sugar adds extra richness to the tasting.

Overall its a must place to go out there and dine either with or without someone and get yourself a nice treat. The high speed internet is an added feature that gives u way to have your work done along with some snacking. Their 5 star service is definitely something that i mustn't miss to talk about, they are always at your service.

Aravind, Amal, Jyothish, Safwan - these are some of the amazing and dedicated baristas that I have come across in the cafe, they follow high quality American standards when it comes to servicing the customers, their services are top class and are always there for the customers to provide them the services that they want in their style even if it has to be some kind of extreme customization. They want to make the customers happy and would always cheer for them and that is exactly what I like about them, even during the late evening hours they are extremely cheerful, bright and greets everyone with a smile and are ready to take it on.

I would always have great pleasure to visit the cafe a zillion times and also to have me serviced by the crew.
