The quality of the food at this establishment may not be up to the standards that some patrons may expect. It appears that Raahath is currently surviving due to a lack of nearby competition in the fine dining category. However, if a more competitive restaurant were to open in the area, it would likely force Raahath to improve their food and service or risk closure.
There have been instances where the serving managers, particularly those from North India, have exhibited a negative attitude towards customers. This has resulted in poor or nonexistent service at times, and it may be perceived as an unwillingness to help customers. One individual, who may be identified as the manager of the serving staff by his white shirt, named Salaamba, declined to provide a side dish that normally accompanies the main course. While other servers were more accommodating, this individual created a disturbance by stating that the side dish was not available.
Based on my experience, I have decided that I will not be visiting this restaurant again. While the establishment may be categorized as a fine dining restaurant, I believe that it may not meet the standards that some...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA Disappointing Dining Experience**
I recently dined at [rahath vizhijum], and I must express my utter disappointment. We ordered the peri peri chicken, expecting a delightful meal, but what we received was an exceptionally spicy dish that was, quite frankly, inedible.
Having enjoyed spicy food from various places without issue, I was shocked by how extreme this dish was. After just one bite, I felt a burning sensation that was unbearable. When we raised our concerns to the staff, nobody seemed to take our complaints seriously, which only added to our frustration.
Ultimately, we had to leave most of the food untouched, which is a rare occurrence for us. To make matters worse, I ended up seeking medical attention due to gastric distress caused by this dish.
This is by far the worst dining experience I have encountered in my extensive travels. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone, particularly families with children or adults who might be sensitive to overly spicy food. Itās best to steer clear of rahath if you value your health and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDelightful ā¤ļø One among the best Shawai's and Cream of Chicken soup so far in Trivandrum.
But the noodle was really a let down. Far worse than a day old Idiyappam( horrible)
But the Shawai and Soup was worth it.
Parking is plenty( no guided parking and can get a little fizzy when senseless people park just right behind your car)
Easily noticeable when coming from either side of the road. Space is well lit by the road and the grill section is outside the restaurant.
The service was good and all the food arrived in the right time without any delay.
We were a group of 11 and the restaurant had enough space to accommodate us in a long table setting.
Baby chair was provided and my kid was comfortable in it all the while we were inside.
The tables were neatly kept and bottled water was provided( Aquafina)
The washroom was clean and spacious with a hand dryer but no tissue was provided inside.
Toilet was also ok.
Would recommend for travellers.
The Shawai is worth the...
