Worst delivery service in history of any hotels!!!
This is one of the worst in delivering foods. Recently my mother ordered food from their delivery service and described them the location correctly so they don't get any confusion. They didn't asked for sending location via WhatsApp or anything. Just said they'll pass information to delivery guy. So after ordering food there was long wait. She ordered food at 10:30. She asked them to deliver at 12:30 pm . But they didn't!! Okay fine..
But the problem is when they reached the location and called my mom. She missed the call. My mom was looking for the delivery guy at the gate. Fortunately she saw him after crossing the location. It would be just 100 m . She called the guy back . Now the shit happens. The delivery guy was a middle aged guy who showed frustration on my mother and my grandmother. He shouted at her saying he had to circle the whole location, but my mom has the proof he called at 1:08pm and she getting the order at 1:12 (remember the guy took 2minutes of shouting before giving the parcel to my mother) so we have the CCTV visuals too.
The delivery guy was repeatedly blaming my mother for losing his 3 minutes . My mother apologised to this guy thinking it was all her mistake. I couldn't believe that this guy was still verbally abusing my mother even after her apologising. It's kind of rude behaviour and showing his power infront of less powerful people. I am quite sure this won't be the reaction if I was there .
I wouldn't recommend salkara restaurant even to any person ever in my life and will surely inform as many as people i know about these kind of abusers. Salkara needs to teach basic manners to their delivery staffs about how to behave to customers.
In the world of online delivery partner people still calling the hotel to deliver their food is even rare and the way your delivery staff ruining these will not help you in future.
I should have taken this legally, abusing women is not gonna be nightmare for that delivery guy, but I choose not to screw some guys life.
So never ever call for salakara for delivering food. Try online delivery partners.

At one point in time, these hotels in Kozhikode had a unique flavor profile that was representative of the city's cuisine. While Paragon group has been able to maintain the traditional taste of Kozhikode in their dishes, But it is disappointing that Salkara has been unable to do the same. WHAT ARE THEY DOING ...
