One of the best restaurants in Thiruvalla The ambience is superb. The food is fantastic. They have sizzlers as well on weekends There is coordinated parking available, which is always regulated by the securities. They have 4 sections one in the ground floor divided into two coffee area and fine dining and one in the basement(icecream,shakes). the upper floor for party hall for 40pax max the food here is very tasty and varied.You can get a lot of food here.It is best to visit in the evening.With Family, you get here without any worry. Upon entry, I was quite pleased by the simple yet easy going ambience with soothing and bright colours. Oh and for the first time the music was spectacular for a restaurant considering the area. A mix of late 50's to recent trends played which brought a smile to my face. The place was quite clean and mind it, this is a fairly new establishment and yet, I could see moulds at certain places. Coming to the food, we had called in prior asking about a particular dish. Once the dish arrived, we were so disappointed and I must stress on this and say it was absolutely nothing close to the original dish. I must say arabic dishes are definitely not their specialty. Regardless of the taste, the food quality was decent and stomach friendly. Overall, Prices are too high. Service staff are friendly and helpful. Place is family friendly as well. Their food is good. But expensive. Good restaurant to visit with your family. I have visited them around 5 times. Now about their main cons found when i visited multiple times

Most of the items in their menu wont be available One time when i went, i ordered their special item called shepherds pie and it took so much time and all my cousins had their food and the waiter came and told they tried to cook it and they failed. I don’t understand how they were unable to cook something, which is their special/signature item. They gave some bad explanations saying tadoor didnt work while baking. Another time when i went, the person who did shakes/drinks took leave. They don’t have substitute for it i guess. Also they had pepsi cans which they don’t have cold ones which doesnt make sense. They display it in-front of their counter/bill. Their a/c is idk how to explain doesnt work properly.
