Soofi Mandi — Restaurant in Kerala

This is my second experience ordering delivery from Soofi Mandi, and I must say it has been deeply disappointing. The first time, I ordered a full chicken Mandi along with other dishes. While the rice accompanying the chicken was decent, the chicken itself was unimpressive. Despite that, I decided to give the restaurant another chance and ordered the beef Mandi.

Unfortunately, the second experience was even worse. The beef Mandi I received was nothing short of appalling. The dish consisted of an unappealing piece of beef riddled with bone and layers of skin, seemingly boiled in a bland masala-infused water. It was poorly cooked and felt more like a careless concoction than a thoughtfully prepared dish.

To make matters worse, I had specifically requested attention to quantity and quality in my order. I asked for enough beef to serve two people and even requested that the restaurant inform me if the portion was too small so I could adjust my order. Not only did they fail to contact me, but the portion provided was inadequate and, to top it off, tasted unpleasant. The flavors were far from appetizing and did not meet the basic standards one would expect from such a dish.

While the delivery price was reasonable, the quality of the food was far below acceptable standards. When customers place an order, there is a fundamental expectation that the food will be properly prepared and enjoyable. I strongly urge the restaurant to revisit its cooking processes and pay closer attention to customer instructions. I recently visited a restaurant that left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the place was clean, hygienic and well-maintained. It had everything one could expect from a good restaurant - toilets, parking lots, and great staff.

The seating options were also impressive, with both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned areas available. Payment options were convenient and inclusive, as the restaurant accepted cash, cards, and e-payments.

As for the food,The beef mandhi was also well-cooked and tender, with perfectly flavoured rice. The variety of kuzhimanthi dishes available was impressive, making it a great destination for Mandi lovers. The parking area was neatly organized, and the restaurant's infrastructure facilities, including comfy tables and decent lighting, made for an enjoyable dining experience.

Despite the restaurant's many strengths, it is worth noting that it can get quite crowded during peak hours. On the day of my visit, I had to wait 10 minutes to get a table. However, the wait was well worth it.

One pleasant surprise was the free lemon tea service at the entrance. It was nice to have a cup of tea in the parking lot with friends and companions before heading in for a meal.
