Very bad food and attitude. We had really bad experiance with Sunstar on christmas day we ordered food from sunstar and was really bad and musty. and thus we had to prepare rice and curry on the lastmoment at home.We have informed sunstar management and I told them that I can bring back the food but they told us that not to let other people know about this insident instead they are happy to give money (rs. 3600)back or we can have food worth Rs.3600. .So I did agree with them and informed them that I will get the mobey back later. Last week there was a news about them that they are making food on un hygenic way unfortunately we didnt knew about this and organised my daughters birthday party at this place. The management agreed even on the day before the party that they will reduce the promised amount from the total expenses. However after the party they told that they cant give me the promised amount but they can reduce only Rs. 1000.. The management was so rude esp. GM. General Manager of this restaurent has told he doesnt care and he never promised me. Attitude was so bad and food served was worse. Please dont choose this...

Very bad experience I had in my stay in this hotel Sunstar , I'm frequent traveler to pala every month and I usually stay in Hotel Olives. Never have I ever had any issues with my stay Olives, as it is one of the best hotel to stay in pala, worth the money you pay. I reached Sunstar early morning and I took room just to sleep for 3hrs but it was a nightmare. Switched on the A/c for more than 1hr, the A/c was not cooling; contacted the concern person, he said it's working but I checked the temp of A/c with an app, which showed the Room temp reading 29°C and Humidity reading 37.1%, surely not comfortable for a person to sleep after a very long journey.I'm attaching the screenshot of the reading, below. Switch on the WiFi not working .. Finally the room boy sir we r changing ur room coz A/c is not working changed me to Room 207 which bath room light not working ,not Hot water in the bath room ...you management pls think every guest paying you not free so atleast make them comfortable.pls don't forget to keep 10 rs tooth paste and shower gel...
