I recently dined at Thaza Family Food Park and I have to say, left a very sour taste in my mouth. Despite the fact that the food was quite tasty, I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience due to their lack of customer service.
The restaurant served up some delicious dishes, but unfortunately, they were unwilling to provide me with extra mayonnaise to go with my meal even though I was ready to pay extra. As a lover of mayonnaise, this was a major letdown for me. I asked the server for an extra side of mayo, but they flatly refused, saying that they only provide a certain amount of condiments per customer.
This kind of stinginess is unacceptable in a restaurant that prides itself on offering high-quality cuisine. If a customer wants a little bit of extra sauce or condiment to go with their meal, it should be provided without hesitation. It's a shame that such a great restaurant would let something as trivial as a condiment policy get in the way of their customers' satisfaction.
Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone who values good customer service. While the food may be delicious, the lack of flexibility when it comes to providing additional condiments really detracted from my overall dining experience. Until they can learn to put the needs of their customers first, I suggest you give this...

Read moreI recently visited Thaza Family Food Park in Alappuzha, and I have to say, it was an absolute treat! I ordered their famous Bhaadiya Mandi for the first time, and from the very first bite, I was hooked. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced — the rice was aromatic and fluffy, the meat was tender and juicy, and the seasoning was just spot-on. It’s the kind of dish that not only fills your stomach but also your heart.
I enjoyed it so much that I couldn’t resist going back again. The quality and taste remained consistently amazing on my second visit, which says a lot about their dedication to good food. The portion sizes are generous, making it perfect for sharing with family or friends.
Yes, the waiting time can sometimes be a little on the longer side, especially during busy hours, but trust me — the moment that steaming Bhaadiya Mandi arrives at your table, all thoughts of waiting vanish. The aroma itself makes you smile, and the first bite makes you forget everything else.
If you’re in Alappuzha and want a memorable meal, Thaza Family Food Park’s Bhaadiya Mandi is an...
