Tried this place for the very first time and it turned out to be an amazing experience! Ordered through Zomato and went for the Chocobite Overload Dark Waffle with vanilla ice cream & fudge.

It was absolutely delicious – rich, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The combination was simply heavenly, and every bite felt indulgent and satisfying.

The packing was neat and secure, ensuring the waffle reached perfectly. Truly worth the money as the pricing is quite reasonable for the quality and taste offered.

ordered through Zomato and opted for the Belgian Dark Waffle with banana slices as an add-on. It turned out to be an absolute treat! The waffle was rich, fresh, and packed with deep, delightful flavors. The pairing of the dark chocolate with the sweetness of banana was simply divine — every bite felt indulgent and completely satisfying.

Pathetic customer service. The food was good but the malayali lady in the counter behaved as though we were eating on charity. Lol. The lady had a stone-cold face from the time of placing order up until we left the place. And the most annoying part was she was all smiles and sweet to another lady customer but wouldn't smile or talk politely with me and my cousins. I too work at customer service and the most important quality we need to have is to treat customers respectfully and not to be impartial. The man who was working beside her in the counter was equally cold and wouldn't smile, just like her. Btw the north east lady in the counter was very sweet. I was a regular customer at this outlet of belgian waffles but Wouldn't go to this particular outlet again cuz what if the rude staff is still there..... PATHETIC SERVICE. I came and ordered an item to eat in. There was some issue with the Card payment and I asked the guy (seen in photo) to retry. He tried for a while and there was some issue in the system. He told me to wait, and he'll do the payment afterwards. I waited for my order. After more than 15 minutes of waiting I went and asked how much more time will it take. Then I do not know for what reason, the guy there started to give replies very rude to me. He told me that he hasn't started preparing it and the system is down. I asked then why did you ask me to wait in a normal way in Hindi. He stared furiously at me told me to leave the store or wait 10 minutes. Because he want to have lunch. Then I was confused on what he's saying. Then he told me to go and come back later... (All of this in a very rude Hindi tone)...

I don't understand why such people with absolute no people management skills are put to work here. Such a terrible experience. My 20+ minutes was lost in total and I did not get the waffle either.... Such a disgrace of an outlet...
