I visited here with my sister's kid and ordered an orange juice. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst orange juices I have ever tasted. They heavily added artificial orange flavor and excessive sugar, making it unpleasant. What's even worse is that it cost me 116 Rs, while nearby shops offer natural orange juice at a lower price.
Despite this disappointing experience, I must admit that the ambiance was noteworthy, and there was ample parking space. The café had a pleasant atmosphere that added to the overall experience. Additionally, it was easily accessible, which was convenient. However, the service was a major letdown. Even though I was the only customer, it took around 20 minutes for them to prepare a single orange juice. This slow service was quite frustrating.
Taking all these factors into consideration, I cannot recommend this café. The subpar orange juice, high price, and slow service overshadowed the positives like the ambiance and parking space. If you're looking for a refreshing orange juice, it would be better to explore other options nearby that offer natural juices without...
Read moreAfter visiting this establishment twice, my experience was disappointing. On the first day, we ordered a masala dosa and a mushroom dosa. Unfortunately, the masala dosa contained a hair, and while they replaced it, no apology was offered. Additionally, the waiter seemed somewhat rude. Hoping for a better experience, we returned the next day for their mushroom dosa, which we previously enjoyed for its good quantity. However, despite being charged ₹150, the quantity was extremely poor, not even half of what was served previously. Moreover, the taste was also unsatisfactory. Even after expressing our concerns to the manager, there was no proper response or attempt to address the issue. This lack of improvement in both food quality and customer service in such a competitive restaurant environment is...
Read moreWent to the place for lunch and ordered 2 chicken dum biryani and 1 egg biriyani. The egg biriyani came with small chicken chunks along with the masala gravy used in biriyani which was a shock to the eggeterian in the group. The biryani was too oily and clear oil was visible towards the bottom of the serving dish. Also, the wafer kept on top of the dessert ordered was old and gave a very odd taste on the first bite.
Surprisingly, none of the above was considered a serious issue by the staff there, including the malayali lady at the billing counter and had no courtesy to tell an apology. Had a previous experience of getting burnt rotis as parcel from the same place. Food cannot be the same everyday but the courtesy to accept a mistake and an apology would be something the staff would...
